The motor A is designed for use on hardwood floors only while the other two are suitable for all types of surfaces. All three motors have their own speed settings so they can be used at different speeds depending upon the type of surface being polished or scrubbed.

Makita 9237C Features

The Makita Polishing Machine 9237C features the following features:

1. Durable aluminum construction; it’s lightweight yet strong enough to withstand heavy duty cleaning operations.

4. 4″ x 6″ non-skid base provides stability when moving from one area to another.

5. Cordless operation with a rechargeable battery that lasts approximately 20 hours on full charge and will last approximately 10 hours when fully charged.

How Does Makita Polishing Machine 9237C Work?

Makita 9237C is designed to guarantee a high-quality finish consistently and without hassle. The powerful motor guarantees that dust & dirt will not dull the shine or even stain the finish of fragile materials. The brush head can be used on any surface, whether it’s hardwood floor, natural stone surface, marble or expensive furniture.

How to Use Makita Polisher?

The Makita 9237C is very easy and comfortable to use. In its most basic form, you can use it for cleaning or finishing hardwood floors. Just connect the polisher and start using it without any other attachments on bare wood.

You can advance a step further by attaching a pad and disc to your machine. This will enable you to apply wax, polish or stain on a variety of surfaces such as furniture, floors and tiles. If you want to remove old wax or polish from a floor then change the pad for an abrasive one. It is always good to have a range of pads and discs on hand for different tasks.

Makita 9237C vs. DeWALT 849x

There are many polishers on the market today, and here at Wessels Home Improvements we sell quite a few different ones. The two most popular options appear to be the Makita 9237C 7-Inch Cordless Polisher and the DeWALT 849XP 7-Inch Polisher. Both of these are cordless, meaning that there are no power cables to get in the way or restrict your movement during a job.

The main difference between the two is that the Makita is lightweight and comes with a range of useful features while the DeWALT is heavier duty and more powerful. If you’re only going to be doing light cleaning then the Makita is probably a better choice but if you need something heavy duty for industrial use then go for the DeWALT.
