The Makita Cordless Dust Extractor Review: Features & Specifications:

1. Capacity : 2 cu ft (8 oz).

You can easily use it for laundry or cleaning purposes. It works well even if you wash your clothes in cold water only.

2. Charging time : 5 hours (indicator lights up when ready).

If you use it for 2 hours a day, one charge should last for 2 days.

3. Filter: 4 layers oil-absorbent filter (keeps lint and hair out from the air).

4. Additional features: blower function, easy to carry handle, cord storage, on/off switch, and auto/manual switch.

The cord is 3 meters long.

This is a fantastic product, especially for the price. It suits my needs perfectly and I couldn’t be any happier. If you’re looking for a cheap dryer for light usage, then this product is definitely the one to get.

How to use Makita AWS Cordless Dust Extractor?

A) Attaching it to the wall bracket:

1) Check that the power switch is set to 0(off).


2) Check the direction of the arrow on the back of the dust extractor and fix it to the wall.


3) Pull out the pin from the back of dust extractor and hook it onto the wall bracket.


4) After checking that the dust extractor is fixed to the wall, push in the pin into the hole to secure it to the wall.


5) Connect the hose to the dust extractor and the vacuum cleaner.

B) Using the blower function and filters:

The button on the front of the dust extractor changes between blower and normal functions.

The 4 layers of filter captures lint and hair. When the 4th layer gets full, empty it into the trash.
