• Good battery life (9 hours)

• Good camera quality (5 megapixels) with good low light performance. You can take photos even in dimly lit places without any problem. The camera is fast enough to capture images quickly and accurately. The image quality is not bad at all, it’s just not up there with other smartphones.

• Strong processor. It runs smoothly and doesn’t slow down when doing heavy tasks like gaming or watching videos.

• Good screen resolution (1,280 x 720 pixels). The display looks sharp and clear. It’s bright enough to read comfortably outdoors in direct sunlight without needing a flashlight. The screen is easy on the eyes too; you won’t have trouble reading it while driving or working out in the dark.

• Very responsive touch screen. It responds well to your touches and gestures. You don’t need to press hard on the touchscreen because it recognizes them instantly. Touchscreen technology is improving rapidly, so this feature will only get better over time.

• Good camera software (Android 4.2 Jelly Bean). There are several apps available for the phone which allow you to take great pictures easily. Some of these include Photo Sphere, Camera+, and Picasa Web Albums, among others.

• Long-lasting battery life. The battery can last for up to 9 hours. This is surprisingly long for a cell phone which has a 720p display and a 1.2 GHz processor. It’s nice to see that Kyocera has extended the length of the battery life, especially since it knows that people these days use their phones constantly.

This means that it won’t die on you at an important moment.

• Robust design. The phone has a sturdy build which can resist scratches and dents. You don’t have to worry about the screen getting broken or the keys getting stuck.
