The DeWalt DCDK278C2 is small and convenient to carry around while working. It’s also very affordable for professionals or weekend handymen. The product is also very durable; it can withstand a few falls to the floor and the metal doesn’t easily bend.
The DeWalt DCDK278C2 is incredibly fast at drilling. Within 10 seconds, you can drill through a 2×4 piece of wood.
The battery life isn’t the best. When using the tool extensively, the batteries die after 15 minutes. The tool is also a bit on the heavy side due to its metal exterior.
It might become bothersome after a while.
The community generally likes the tool for what it is: a small and convenient drill/driver to have around the house or garage. Members of the community do not like how heavy the tool is. Other than that, most people agree that it’s a good purchase.

Our Review Rating: 4.3 / 5
The DeWalt DCDK278C2 is an excellent drill/driver to have around the house or garage. It’s small and comes with a carrying case, making it easy to transport from one location to another. The price is also very reasonable and affordable for most homeowners.
The only problem with the tool is its weight. It can become tiring to hold the tool after a while. If you’re a professional, you might want to look into other alternatives since this one can get tiresome after a few hours of usage.
If you’re a weekend handyman, this one is perfect for you.
