Bosch Hammer Drill Cordless: A New Generation of Concrete Drills?

The Bosch Group, which produces the best selling drills in the world, has recently introduced a new generation of concrete drills with a much higher performance level than their previous models. These new drills are called “SDS” (Super Duty) and they have been designed from the ground up to provide better power output and durability compared to other similar products on the market today.

In addition to these improvements, the SDS series drills feature a new design that allows them to operate at lower temperatures and produce less noise than their predecessors. This makes them ideal for use in hot climates where traditional drills would not perform well.

They are also quieter when operating than conventional hand tools such as screwdrivers or wrenches.

These new drills are available in three different sizes: 110, 120 and 130 mm. The 110 mm model is the largest size and it provides the most power; however, it requires a bit more maintenance since its larger diameter means that it takes longer to cool down after each use.

All of Bosch’s SDS-series drills come standard with a 1/2 hp motor rated at 500 watts, which is enough to drive all but the lightest of screws through concrete. This high power to weight ratio and the drill’s low center of gravity make it easier to control when applying force to the bit.

The SDS-series drills are just one of several new product lines by the Bosch Corporation designed for use in construction, manufacturing and heavy industry. These new tools incorporate many of the same features that made their cordless screwdrivers so popular including long battery life and ergonomic design.

Other popular cordless power tools designed by the Bosch Group include: circular saws, reciprocating saws, jig saws, multi-tools, angle grinders, concrete nailers and even generators.

These tools can be purchased directly from your local hardware store or online at retailers like Amazon or eBay. As with any cordless power tool, you should first make sure that your model is compatible with all of the necessary replacement parts and accessories before purchasing it.
