5.11 Response XR1 Flashlight Review
The 5.11 Response XR1 flashlights are a great choice for those looking for a high quality flashlight with a low price tag. What we like
Brightness: This is what you should look for in any flashlight: brightness. The 5.11 response xr1 flashlight provides an impressive beam distance of up to 249 meters. This means that you will be able to see anything within a 250 meter radius regardless of the weather conditions.
Rain, snow, fog or even complete darkness won’t be able to stop this light from letting you see everything!
Lightweight: The aluminum alloy body makes this flashlight very lightweight, weighing in at just 5.1 ounces. Over time, you’ll barely even notice that it’s in your pocket or clipped to your belt loop.
What we don’t like
No Charging Dock: The included USB cable is great and allows you to charge the flashlight anywhere. The only problem is there is no charging dock, which would’ve been a useful added accessory.
Charging Time: The 5.11 response xr1 flashlight takes up to 8 hours to charge from 0 to 100%. This isn’t ideal if you find yourself stuck out in the wilderness with a dead flashlight. Thankfully, the light can still be used when it’s only plugged into the USB port and not actually connected to any power source.
The 5.11 response xr1 flashlight is a solid choice for your next camping or backpacking trip. It’s bright enough to illuminate anything you need within a 250 meter radius and lightweight enough that you barely even notice it in your pocket.
